Production Process

Melting and DC casting

Pure aluminium ingots are melted in melting furnace and mixed with other elements such as iron, silicon, manganese, magnesium, copper, etc. The material is analysed and adjusted to ensure the correct composition of aluminium alloys, then filtered, degassed and transfer to the DC caster.

Hot Rolling

Slabs are sawed, scalped and pre-heated, then repeatedly passed through hot rolling mill which rolled to thickness of 8 - 6 mm and recoiled becomes Hot Rolled Coil (HRC).

Cold Rolling

Hot Rolled Coils or Continuous Casted Coils are rolled in Cold Rolling Mills which then annealed to give them the required strength. Cold Rolling Mills are equipped with Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) to achieve the closest tolerance to meet the stringent requirements of our customers.

Foil Rolling

Cold rolled coils are transferred into the Foil Rolling Mills, which are rolled, doubled and then separated at the Foil Separators to produce foil with thickness up to 6 microns and surface required by the customer.

Finishing

Cold Rolled Coils are processed into sheets, slitted coils, circles, thread plates, embossed coils, foil, depending on the intended end applications.

Other finishing facilities include slitting line, cut-to-length line, blanking line, shearing and many more.
